The Cabin Restaurant specializes in traditional Cajun and Creole cuisine. Many of its dishes are are very filling and quite a few are fried (but you always have the option to get your seafood blackened or broiled!). However there are several items on the menu that are healthy! One of them is our Chicken Caesar Salad. Although the Chicken Caesar Salad is not original to The Cabin and can be found on the menus of most restaurants in the United States, we do add a slight Cajun theme to it.
Recently, Chef Troy Mendoza changed the recipe for our Caesar dressing, and it is absolutely delicious! I’ve listed both recipes for you below (for more Cajun & Creole recipes, please purchase The Cabin Cook Book!).
